Lorna Fischer, MS, CCC-SLP
Lorna has been working as a speech language pathologist for over ten years. She loves working with high energy children and feels successful when she can bring her own energy and creativity into a session so that a child is learning in their play.
Kelly Williams, MS, CCC-SLP
Kelly has been an Alaskan resident multiple times throughout her life, beginning as an infant when her family was stationed at Ft. Wainwright. Her earliest memories are of Alaska, and it has been beckoning her "home" ever since.
It wasn't until 2018 that she was able to move back for the third and hopefully last time. She had gone outside to obtain her masters degree at the University of New Mexico in 2011. She has worked in multiple settings, but pediatrics has always been her first love. While working at Providence Hospital in Everett, WA, she gained experience in pediatric feeding, working in the NICU as well as follow up care in the birth to three program. She is excited to working with her esteemed colleague, Lorna, in providing care to the interior of Alaska.
In her downtime, Kelly enjoys furniture flipping, sewing, camping and walks with her German Shepard.

We utilize a play therapy model that is child led and builds skills through the child's interests and play.

We prioritize the wait list in the following way:
1) children with recent neurological traumas
2) infants and children with feeding and swallowing issues
3) parents who have contacted us and requested their children be placed on the list
4) all other referral and authorizations received from other providers
