Lorna Fischer
Speech Therapy, LLC
Specializing in the treatment of children with speech, language, and feeding disorders from birth to twenty-one.

Lorna Fischer, MS, CCC-SLP
Lorna is a Speech Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience and a passion for helping children communicate with confidence. In 2023, she launched her own business—building a growing team and expanding clinic sites to provide a service designed for individualized care, consistency, and real impact for families.
In every session, Lorna brings creativity and energy, helping children learn through play while developing communication in a way that feels natural, engaging, and encouraging. She especially loves working with autistic children. Using a sensory-regulating approach that incorporates movement and sensory input, Lorna helps children make meaningful gains in both communication and comprehension. When she’s not leading the business, Lorna enjoys time at home with her partner and three children, tending to the garden and chickens in the summer and supporting her kids in all their school-year activities.

Kelly Williams, MS, CCC-SLP
Kelly has been an Alaskan resident multiple times throughout her life and third times the charm- she is here to stay! She has been a speech language pathologist for over 15 years, graduating from the University of New Mexico in 2011. She has spent the past 10 years specializing in infant-pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. She is excited to be working with her esteemed colleague, Lorna, in providing care to the interior of Alaska.
In her downtime, Kelly enjoys crafting, sewing, camping and walks with her 14 year old German Shepherd, Neeka.

Linsey Williams, MS, CCC-SLPLinsey Williams moved to Fairbanks in 2022 with her husband, Zack, ready to take on all the adventures Alaska has to offer. She's always known she wanted to work with children — a passion that took root as a teenager helping her mother run a home daycare business. Linsey graduated from the University of Montana in 2024 and brings that same nurturing, kid-first energy to her work as a speech therapist. Last year she welcomed her first child, a son, and we're so grateful she's able to continue working part-time while embracing full-time motherhood — an experience that only deepens her understanding of what families in our care are going through.
When she's not in the clinic, Linsey loves spending time with her husband, their son, and their two dogs — hiking and camping or taking in the northern lights from their front porch.

Olivia Meinholz, MS, CCC-SLP
Olivia Meinholz originally hails from Wisconsin, she graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2020. Since then, she's built a well-rounded foundation in patient care across inpatient hospital, adult rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings — experience that gives her a thoughtful, whole-person approach to therapy. For the past five years, she's focused on infant feeding, working closely with families in the NICU to support some of the youngest patients during a critical time. Olivia moved to Fairbanks in 2021 and has fallen in love with life in Alaska.
Passionate about the outdoors, she, her husband, and two children stay very active — whether that's archery and rodeo in the summer, tending the garden, taking care of animals, or snowmachining and skiing once the snow flies. Her own experience as a parent, paired with her clinical background, shapes the warm, family-centered care she brings to every session.
